In need for a quick and simple lunch or dinner recipe? Check out these easy lettuce wraps! You can stuff the ‘wraps’ with whatever you like or eat is as a side dish. Curious what I used to make these lettuce wraps? See the ingredients below!
– 4 Small Lettuce leaves
– 100gr Chicken breast
– 50gr Corn
– 1/4 Red Onion
– Tablespoon of Hoemoes
– Tablespoon of Muhammara
– Chicken & Shoarma seasoning
1. Cut up the chicken breast and fry the pieces with coconut oil in a frying pan. I added spicy chicken and shoarma seasoning to the chicken, for extra flavor.
2. Wash the lettuce, let it dry and put to leaves on top of each other for extra support (during eating). Finely chop up the red onion and take out the corn.
Isn’t that easy? Go on and make yourself a healthy lunch!
Q: Next time I’ll use ground chicken or tuna. Any other ideas?
