Chicken & Avocado Wrap

Looking for a simple, yet jummy lunch idea? You came to the right place! This wrap is packed with protein and healthy fats. I just used what I had in my fridge and created this tasteful dressing, which you can also use for other purposes such as a dip sauce. Curious what I’m talking about? Read the recipe below:

2 (whole)grain wraps
1 chicken breast
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cucumber
spicy chicken seasoning
2 big spoons of low fat quark
one small handful of parsley
salt, pepper, garlic powder

Start by cutting up the chicken and fry them in a frying pan – I used coconut oil. Generously add the spicy chicken seasoning, to spice up your plain chicken. I also quickly ‘fry’ the wrap in the frying pan I baked my chicken in for an extra crunch. Next, start cutting up your avocado and cucumber in nice slices.

Also, start cutting up your fresh parsley into small pieces. Then mix the parsley in a bowl together with the quark. Add some salt, pepper and garlic powder. This will be your dressing for the wraps; so don’t forget to taste it!

But now it’s time to fill up your wrap with all the goodness! I start with a layer of the quark dressing; on top I put some slices of cucumber, slices of avocado, a layer of chicken and finish it with some more dressing on top!

Now roll up your wrap and it’s ready to eat – Voila!
