Happy Friday loves!! Time to share one of my current breakfast favorites! I’m trying to eat less dairy product, because they often make my belly feel bloated. I’ve also watched the documentary ‘Forks over Knives’, where the focus lays on a ‘Whole-Food, Plant-Based Diet’. This is fancy for: Fruit, Vegetables and Whole grains.
You should def watch it or visit their website! For me, this is quite a drastic change, but I do want to nourish my body with all the good mother nature provides us with. Therefore I’m experimenting with some Alpro Soya products, in order to avoid dairy products. Time to share some pictures!
For the Dutchies & Germans I included the Nutritional Values. But here are some overall benefits of the product:

The Yogurt has got quite a sweet taste to it and I love the bright, purple-ish colour! The flavor is not really comparable with normal yogurt, but you’ll get used to it quite easily. I mix my soya yogurt with some muesli and a banana, and throw in some extra blueberries!
In the Netherlands we also have the flavors: Vanilla, Peach and Cherry, next to au-Natural. Will definitely try those too!
